PSHE

Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education is taught during tutor time and through enrichment days throughout the academic year. It is also taught in Year 10 and Year 11 on a carousel programme as part of the timetabled Personal Development curriculum.

The course aims to equip you with the knowledge, skills and attributes to make the most of changing  opportunities in learning and work. It also gives you the skills you need to be successful in your future career pathways and develops your life skills. In addition you will also have the opportunity to learn how to manage finances.

You will gain knowledge of the variety of career opportunities available which will enable you to make informed decisions about the learning pathways to follow. You will also explore the qualities, attributes and skills needed for employability.
